SET FILE ENABLED

Makes a file available to application programs.

Sintaxe:

SET FILE

Condição: FILENOTFOUND, INVREQ, NOTAUTH

Nota:
DSIDERR is equivalent to FILENOTFOUND.

Descrição:

SET FILE ENABLED allows you to enable a local file, thereby making it available to application programs.

Opções:

    FILE(name)
  • Specifies the name of the file as it is defined in the File Definitions (FD).
  • The name can be up to eight characters long.

Condições:

    FILENOTFOUND
  • Occurs if the named file cannot be found in the FD.
  • Ação pré-definida: Terminates the task abnormally (RESP2=18).
    INVREQ
  • Occurs for the following conditions, depending on the options that are specified on the SET FILE ENABLED command:
    • The file is remote (RESP2=1).
    • The file is currently in either the DISABLING or the UNENABLING state (RESP2=22).
  • Ação pré-definida: Terminates the task abnormally.
    NOTAUTH
  • Occurs if a resource security check has failed on FILE(data-value).
  • Ação pré-definida: Terminates the task abnormally.
